  clothing donationsWinter Clothing Donations

Many agencies in the Cheyenne community are asking for warm winter clothing for their clients.  Family Promise, our local program for homeless families, is especially in need of children’s coats.
Please place your gently used, clean winter clothing of any type in the bin in the church lobby.  We will make sure it gets to those who need it most.  Thank you!

UUCC FOOD DONATION BIN is located in the lobby.  Can you contribute ONE non-perishable food item per month?
As the winter months descend upon our community, we will return to collecting non-perishable food for Cheyenne’s food pantries.  If each person can bring just ONE food item per month, together we can make a big difference.  This month, we would like to support the Wyoming Coalition for the Homeless.  They are in great need of breakfast items – breakfast bars and cookies and instant oatmeal as well as soups for lunch.  They also welcome warm clothes for the women who come to the shelter.
One request from the pantries:  please donate food in original, unopened, dated packaging.
Let’s make a difference for hungry folks who are homeless in Cheyenne.
