“Standing on the Side of Love”
Maia and Reverend Dana Lightsey

What does a world built on the principles of love and justice look like? What if economic justice brought back the “American Dream” and the opportunities for the life our parents and grandparents had? What would it be like if the GLBT community was treated the same as the straight community receiving the same rights and privileges? What would it be like if the immigration issue was managed in a way that honors each person’s inherit worth and dignity? We must imagine it before we can build it. Please join our youth and young adults as we consider these possibilities and more.

“Dancing with Love”
Reverend Dana Lightsey

“God is Love/ Love is God”

Love encompasses our highest ideals and brings us our greatest challenges in life. Love may be the one perfect force in the universe, but it is also demanding, always calling on us to grow, refine, and refocus. The word ‘god’ is troublesome to many and the word love seems so innocuous and sweet, yet could there be a more demanding god than Love itself?
Standing on the Side of Love
