First Monday practice includes: sitting and walking meditations, mindful tea, readings or teachings and discussion.
Third Monday: January 23** February 20 March 20
6:00 – 7:30 PM / Room 5 — Upstairs
The third Monday is a shorter session without tea. Practice may include: a longer sitting or walking meditation, additional mindfulness practices or teachings and discussion.
**January practices will be on the second and fourth Mondays due to holidays.
