Two Monthly Practices on the first & third Monday’s of the month

Please join us for mindfulness practice in the Plum Village tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh.

WHERE: UUCC 3005 Thomes Ave. / Room 5 – Upstairs

WHEN:          First Monday – 6:00 – 8:00 PM includes: sitting and walking meditations; mindful tea; readings or teachings; and discussion.

Third Monday – 6:00 – 7:30 PM is a shorter session without tea, but may include: longer sitting or walking meditations; readings or teachings; and discussion.
